I'm a light on filler. I always see how far I can drive with the light on but constantly panic that I'll not get back to the filling station. Not sure how many litres are in the tank when the light comes on, I suspect I have about 30 miles worth but am not brave enough to try it. Filled up yesterday and got 82 litres in, must be close to empty but don't know the capacity of the tank.

Don't have a light in my 110 at least I don't think I do. Have been in another 110 and run out.

Normally when it hits the red I add 25 litres of Bio Diesel. Or if I have cocked up and haven't any in the garage I have to use derv.

95L...  I've got 92 in before, but that was a long time after the light came on and I was starting to get a bit panicky.

Before I had the LPG conversion on the V8 it seemed that the red light came on every time I switched the ignition on, even when I had brimmed it :D   I actually got 200 miles out of a tankful once!  After the LPG kit went on I used to drive it until the gas ran out then get home on petrol and fill up, putting in the odd £15 worth of petrol every so often.

I filled the new one up with diesel shortly after I got her and she's only just got through the first tankful - down to the top of the red.  The light came on when she was on the (rather steep) drive.

In the noddy car I wait for the light

In the Rangie I usually try to be passing Morrison's before I run out as it's so much cheaper there for LPG.
